Feedback & Complaints Process

Remote Therapy provides administrative and reception support to independent, AHPRA-registered psychologists. We are not a psychology practice - the psychologists who use our platform operate their own independent practices.

If your concern is about your sessions, treatment, or your psychologist's conduct:

Please email us the details of your concern (admin@remotetherapy.com.au), and we will forward it directly to your psychologist. Your psychologist will then have a chance to respond. This is the most common course of action.

However, we understand you may want to keep this confidential. Please let us know if you do and we will not share the concern with your therapist.

From our side, we will note and investigate your feedback and take appropriate action, which may include terminating our agreement with your psychologist.

If you'd prefer to raise your concern with an external body, you can contact one of the relevant state bodies listed below:

If your concern is about an administrative matter (bookings, billing, or communications handled by our team):

We're glad to help. Please email us (admin@remotetherapy.com.au) with the details and we'll look into it promptly. If we have made a mistake, we will rectify it straight away.

If you're not sure which applies, feel free to email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
