1.Referral
type
To get 10 free sessions, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan.
Your GP can write you one and send it to us via fax/email.
2.booking the 1st appointment
Once we receive your referral, we will contact you.
If you are privately paying and don’t have a referral, you can contact us to book.
3.consent form
Once you book, we will send you an information and consent form over email, to be filled online before your appointment.
4.Skype
We use Skype to conduct our video appointments.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to set Skype up and connect with us.
5.48HR Reminder
You will receive an SMS reminder 3 days before your appointment.
Reply “YES” to confirm you will be attending.
6.video appointment
At the time of your appointment, you will receive a Skype call on your device. Answer the call and your appointment will begin.
7.Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 48 hrs before your appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur the full fee.
You can cancel over the phone or by email.
