1. Choose how you will access our service
1. Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from a GP which gives you 10 free appointments per year. Click ‘Get a Referral’ below for more info.
2. Pay privately from $98.95 to $145.25. Email us and we will send you a booking link.

When we receive your Mental Health Treatment Plan, we will send you a link to fill in our intake and consent form.
If you are paying privately, please email us to get an intake form link:

3. booking the 1st appointment
Once we receive your intake form, we will send you a link where you can book online.
4. Reminders
You will receive an SMS and email reminder 72 and 24 hours before your appointment.
5. Link to video call
We use Coviu to conduct our video appointments. You will receive a link to join the video call via SMS and email 1 day before your appointment.
Alternatively, your appointments can take place over the phone.
6. appointment
At the time of your appointment, click the link we sent you to join the video call.
For phone appointments, simply answer the phone when you therapist calls.
7. Cancellation policy
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice incur a fee equal to the bulk-bill rate.
This is currently $98.95 for registered psychologists and $145.25 for clinical psychologists.
