1. Choose how you will access our service
There are 2 options to access our service:
1. Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP (10 free appointments per year).
2. Pay privately from $93.35 to $137.05.
2. booking the 1st appointment
When we receive your Mental Health Treatment Plan, we will contact you!
If you are paying privately, please email:

3. consent form
Once you are booked in, we will email and text you a link to our consent form.
Click the link to fill out the consent form online.
4. Link to video call
We use Coviu to conduct our video appointments. You will receive a link to join the video call via SMS and email 1 day before your appointment.
Alternatively, your appointments can take place over the phone.
5. Reminders
You will receive an SMS reminder 3 days and 1 day before your appointment.
You will receive an email reminder 1 day before your appointment.
6. appointment
At the time of your appointment, click the link we sent you to join the video call.
For phone appointments, simply answer the phone when you therapist calls.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice incur a fee equal to the bulk-bill rate.
As of March 2023 this is $93.35 for registered psychologists and $137.05 for clinical psychologists.
