1. Choose how you will access our service
There are 2 options to access our service:
1. Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from a GP (10 free appointments per year).
2. Pay privately from $98.95 to $145.25
2. consent form
When we receive your Mental Health Treatment Plan, we will send you a link to fill in our intake and consent form.
If you are paying privately, please email us to get an intake form link:

3. booking the 1st appointment
Once we receive your intake form, we will send you a link where you can book online.
4. Reminders
You will receive 2x SMS reminders - 72 and 24 hours before your appointment.
You will receive an email reminder 1 day before your appointment.
5. Link to video call
We use Coviu to conduct our video appointments. You will receive a link to join the video call via SMS and email 1 day before your appointment.
Alternatively, your appointments can take place over the phone.
6. appointment
At the time of your appointment, click the link we sent you to join the video call.
For phone appointments, simply answer the phone when you therapist calls.
7. Cancellation policy
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice incur a fee equal to the bulk-bill rate.
This is currently $98.95 for registered psychologists and $145.25 for clinical psychologists.
